The Tides of TOPS'L Beach & Racket Resort is located just east of Destin, in the Sandestin area in the Panhandle of Florida and situated in one of the desirable areas of the Emerald Coast. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We enjoyed this property, the location was excellent, the Blue Dunes Grill offered delicious food and drink options around the pool. The beach chair set up was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We’ve visited Miramar Beach every summer for the last 4 yrs and absolutely love staying at the Tides. Property was clean and neat, no issues at all. We loved being on the 2nd floor as the stairs were right by the condo so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator every time.
