This luxurious, newly built Villa Quercus in Briševo, near Zadar, perfectly combines elegance, comfort and sophisticated design, offering you everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The villa offers the perfect vacation, while Zadar and the surrounding towns, such as Nin, Biograd and Vodice, offer numerous opportunities for entertainment, cultural activities and enjoying excellent gastronomy. Given the proximity of National Parks, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring the natural beauty of Croatia. There is also the possibility of organized guided tours.
The fenced courtyard features a 40 m2 heated swimming pool, equipped with a waterfall and a counter-current swimming system, and guests can enjoy themselves on the poolside loungers or relax in the jacuzzi. The summer kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a large dining table, is perfect for preparing meals outdoors. The villa also offers a sauna, a children's playground, table tennis equipment, a small football pitch and outdoor seating for enjoying the fresh air.

The main building has 4 elegant bedrooms with double beds, 4 luxurious bathrooms and two balconies, ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee.
