Whiskey and Wine is a 4,700+ square foot cabin constructed in 2022. Front circular driveway allows for plenty of parking. Located on a paved road in the stunning Eagle Mountain area of Hochatown just minutes from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. It is also just up the road from Mountain Fork Brewery, Shuck Me restaurant, The Tasting Room, The Distillery, Okie Girls Coffee and Ice Cream, the Maze and numerous other area attractions.
Inside you will find an expansive interior living space. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large gas stove and two dishwashers. The coffee bar offers a regular drip Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. Off the kitchen you will find a half bath and a laundry closet with 2 washers and 2 dryers for your convenience. The dining table offers seating for 10 with additional seating for 10 at the island bars. Additional seating outside includes a large custom picnic table and dining table which can seat up to 20.
The main floor includes 2 King bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom with en-suite bathrooms which feature rock accents and tile showers with rain heads waterfalls and built in granite benches. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the to the back deck. Also in the living area downstairs there is an Apple airplay enabled sound bar with sub woofer!
Upstairs you will find 3 more master suites. One with a King plus daybed and trundle, 1 with a queen and a bunk room that sleeps 11. Each upstairs bedroom has a full bathroom.
Also upstairs you will find a large loft game room and second living area with a sofa and one of 9 flat screen smart TVs. You will find shuffleboard, a pool table, air hockey, a vintage arcade game with multiple games, and a game table. Board games and cards are provided for additional fun. There are also yoga mats and a voice activated speaker for Yoga, Pilates or other.
Outside you will find a spacious covered deck with comfortable seating to watch TV in front of the fireplace, a large hot tub, a huge dining picnic table and an additional table that seats 6. For the grill masters there is an electric Traegar pellet smoker plus a gas grill. Enjoy making memories around the built in fire pit. You can also enjoy a competitive game of corn hole which is provided.
