About this cabin rental
This listing is for two waterfront cabins that together can sleep 24 plus.
Enjoy your piece of private paradise on the lower Mountain Fork River!
Both are pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee that covers up to two dogs.
The smaller cabin, Firefly, is a two king bedroom and two bath.
Riverhawk, the larger cabin, is a bunkhouse with two bunk rooms.
The first bunk room has 3 twin over queen bunkbeds.
The second bunk room has 2 twin over queen bunks and 6 twin over twin bunkbeds.
This is the perfect set up for large families and groups of friends. We also host a lot of church, school, scout, and work trips.
Firefly has a regular living area and fully set up kitchen and laundry room.
Riverhawk has two identical double baths with two shower stalls and two water closets and a washer and dryer in each. It has an open living area and dining area separated by a wood burning rock fireplace. The kitchen is set up for groups with two fridges, two stoves, two microwaves, and a dishwasher.
We're just a quick one minute walk from Tippa Canoe’s lower float take out if you'd like to float the Mountain Fork on your trip to Broken Bow! Or you can decide to just chill at the cabins that have a boat ramp (river is only suited for jet prop aluminum boats) that leads to the perfect swimming hole for all ages. And it's all yours!
RULES: Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit is $400.

Our group has come out for the last 20ish years. We've stayed in the Riverhawk cabin every time. We love the updates since the new owner acquired the property a handful of years ago. When we show up every year there always seems to be some additional improvements that are made. Dawnisa is very responsive when we have issues and concerns, addressing those issues immediately. Spaces are clean and well maintained. Plenty of supplies for our larger group. We'll be booking again, like we do every year. Highly recommend this property.

had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway — we’d definitely stay here again!

Riverhawk with Firefly could not have worked out any better for our large family! We had our four daughters, their spouses and 11 grandkids, mostly teens and everyone had a bed and plenty of space. The layout at Riverhawk was perfect for family suppers with the huge dining table. Riverhawk had two of all appliances in the kitchen which worked our perfectly. The bathrooms are large, and we appreciated that they had the individual water closets so others could be utilizing space while others tended to their business. Everything inside and out, at both cabins were very clean and well maintained. Firefly was great for my husband and I to retreat to while everyone else stayed up late. Beds were comfortable. Both cabins had anything and everything you could possibly need to cook for a large group. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and bedding/blankets. Cornhole is provided at both cabins, we all enjoyed this. Now, let's talk river access..... This setup is handsdown The Best, along this stretch of the river! My daughters and I did a kayak float from the Hwy 70 bridge to Riverhawk, and none of the river access at homes along the river were as easy in and out as Riverhawk with Firefly. It is rocky bottom, and some large boulders in the swim area. I highly recommend water shoes. Our entire family had a wonderful time and we will defintely be making this an annual trip!
