Inside the condo, the open-concept layout creates a space that feels welcoming and easy to enjoy. The living area features stylish furnishings, artistic touches, large Smart TVs, and a comfortable seating area that makes it just as easy to unwind after a beach day as it is to enjoy a quiet night in.
The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully set up for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner at home. It features brand-new appliances, a marble dining table that seats six, and four additional bar stools at the kitchen bar, giving everyone plenty of space to gather.
The sleeping setup is equally comfortable. The primary suite includes a plush king bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet with a full-size mirror, and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, its own 55-inch Smart TV, a full-size mirror, closet space, and an attached bathroom, making the layout ideal for couples, families, or small groups who want both comfort and privacy.
The condo also includes two and a half sparkling clean bathrooms. The primary bathroom features double sinks and granite countertops, the guest bathroom has a clean and relaxing feel, and there is a convenient half-bath on the main floor.
Beyond the condo itself, guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, including the pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, scenic lake, walking paths, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. Reserved garage and driveway parking are available, along with guest parking, which makes arrival and day-to-day convenience even easier.

I genuinely enjoyed our stay, however the cleaning fee that is charged didn’t amount to the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The chain lock was broken on the back door. There were stains on the carpets. Outlets were loose. The master bath didn’t drain well at all. The microwave was broken, so we didn’t want to use it. I feel if a cleaning fee is going to be charged before even checking in, then the house itself should be spotless. Otherwise, it should be charged after upon reviewing the place when the people leave. We did tell the host about some of the issues just to make sure we weren’t blamed for them & he was very understanding of it. The coded gate was also malfunctioning during our stay so that did cause some delay but the host was very communicative about it. Other than that, it was a beautiful home. We loved the private pool access, the gym and game room. I would stay there again if those issues were fixed & cleaning fee was charged after departure(only if we left a mess)

SOME LIGHTS COULD NOT BE TURNED ON LIKE THE ONES IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE NIGHT STANDS. THERE IS NO SWITCH ON THE TABLE LAMPS! THE ONE ON THE LEFT I FUGYRED OUT THAT I COULD SCREW THE LIGHT BULB IN AN IT WOULD COME ON, BUT NO SWITCH WOULD TURN IT OFF SO I USED THE BULB AS A SWITCH! THE KITCHEN WAS BARELY EQUIPED WITH NO BLENDER OR MIXER. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET CRACKED AND THE SEAT CAME APART. THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD DAMAGE AS DID THE BACK DOOR SECURITY LATCH WAS BROKEN. THE MASTER BEDROOM TOILET REQUIRED YOUNTO HOLD THE HANDLE DOWN TO FLUSH. PLUS THERE WAS BLUE STAINING ALL AROUND THE TOILET INDICATING A LEAK! THERE WAS NOT A FULL SET OF PLATES. A REMOTE FOR THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFULL AS COMING HOME IN THE RAIN YOU HAVE TO GET OUT IN THE RAIN AND GO THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR TO ACCESS THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER IN THE GARAGE! THERE WERE MANY BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN THE MASTER BEDROOM BATHROOM. THE SINK DRAINS ARE MISSING THE STOPPER FOR THE SINK AND ONE DRAIN FLANGE IS BROKEN. I DON'T WEAR SHOES INSIDE AND MY SOCKS WERE BLACK ON THE BOTTOM FROM THE DIRTY FLOOR. THE WASHING MACHINE HAD NO WASHING MACHINE DETERGENT PODS PROVIDED. LOCATING THE UNIT INITIALLY WAS IMPOSIBLE TO LOCATE BECAUSE THE LISTING SHOWED A BRICK FACADE AND IT WAS NOW HARDY PLANK! THERE WAS UNHEALTHY MOLD IN THE CEILING IN THE GARAGE AROUND THE FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD. USUALLY THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS IS TYPED UP AND PROVIDED ON SITE BUT IT WASN'T. IT TOOK A WHILE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THE TRASH DUMPSTE
