The Space:
Studio apartment with one bathroom located in St. Kilda West near St. Kilda Beach with one min walk! Everything you need for a comfortable city stay in a modern apartment is available for you!
Bedroom area:
1 queen bed fitted with fresh, crisp, hotel grade linens and sheets
Kitchen:
-Fridge
-Oven
-Stove
-Basic cooking essentials
-Hot water kettle
-Microwave
-Utensils and cookware
Living room area:
-WiFi
-TV
-Couch can make a queen bed.
Balcony:
-City Skyline view
-2 seater furniture (enjoy a nice cup of coffee)
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire place for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
We don't have a lift in our apartment complex, only stairs.
Apartment unit is on level 2.
CAR PARK VERTICAL CLEARANCE IS 1.95m. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
If you want to use the sofa bed please let us know in advance. We will leave the spare linens.
It has a new queen bed and mattress.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
