The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.Its in the best location, very close to restaurants ,supermarkets and public transport. It has a nice leafy outlook and everything in the apt works well. Highly recommended for your stay in St Kilda.

Great location, well laid out space, easy to relax in the space and feel at home.

The washing machine did not work, resulting in us having to go to the laundrette to do our laundry. I notice this was also an issue a couple of months ago for previous guests so the hosts have said they will look into his to ensure it wasn't a known and outstanding issue.

So disappointed as the photos looked good and we were looking forward to our visit but the reality didn’t match the promise. Booked through Booking .com yet had to put credit card details in the Made Comfy website for payment. Every message came from Made Comfy regarding check in and check out and was missing the required link to information. Check in was a nightmare as we arrived after dark. The instructions to find the key lock box were not clear, and the box was in a dodgy location at the other end of the street and not numbered as shown in the photo. There was no garage fob (shown in photos but not on key ring) and it took ages to figure out the tab for the front door also opened the garage. The entrance to the apartment building is occupied by homeless persons and is filthy with food scraps and rubbish. The foyer floor was covered in something sticky. Apartment was not clean, there were crumbs and marks from glasses on the coffee table, the bathroom sink and shower were not very clean. The kitchen bench has lost its smooth laminate and has a rough surface, so difficult to clean. Towels were small and thin and there was no hand towel. There is a metre from the edge of the hand basin to the mirror, so it was impossible to put make up on as could not get close to the mirror. The terrace and bbq pictured in the apartment listing were nowhere to be seen and there were no instructions on how to find them. There was no rug in living area, and a very uncomfortable couch. The bed is only a double bed and the mattress has a dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable. All in all, it needs a deep clean and some maintenance, and the check in instructions need to be updated.
