Location was great. I loved the view from the courtyard on the roof. It was clean and a good space. Nice modern shower. I wouldn't have much to complain about if it was advertised correctly.
It being advertised as a studio apartment is a bit of a lie, that's why the reviews are so low. It's basically the size of a motel room. A small fridge and a microwave, hidden behind the door, does not a kitchen make. Tv was very small, room was very small. The car park was a bit confusing as to where you were allowed to park, no lines.

The host communicated well and gave great instructions. The bed was comfy and bathroom very clean. The location was awesome for a visit to St Kilda.
Because of it's location being so close to Acland St (which is good), it was a little noisy.

Great location
The bed and pillows were very hard. Not alot of hot water. I only had the shower on hot water and it was luke warm
The fitted sheet on the bed had bleach stains.
