Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the renowned Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead golf courses, and even closer to the scenic shores of Lake Arrowhead and Lake Petenwell, this home offers a truly unbeatable location. With 4 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and an inviting lower-level entertainment area, you’ll have everything you need to unwind in comfort and style.

Step outside onto the screened-in porch that overlooks lush, natural woodlands, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxed evening dinner. Inside, the open living space boasts a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a full kitchen that will make meal prep a joy. The lower level is designed for fun—complete with a TV viewing theater, a full bar, a pool table, and classic arcade games to keep you entertained after a day of exploration.

In addition to golf and lake activities, the area offers plenty of other adventures, like scenic hiking trails, mini-golf, and a family-friendly splash pad. Just a 5-minute drive will take you to a public beach on Lake Arrowhead, with additional beach options on Lake Petenwell, Camelot, and Sherwood Lakes. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
