Newer home with great layout for our multi-generation group. Each household had their own floor and bathroom. (Don't know that it would work for five couples due to on suites.) Easy to get in and out of. Not overdecorated so you feel like you are in someone's home. Just right. Many little touchs that made it nice. Supplies in bathrooms were more generous than expected. Nice towels, too. Has toaster and blender; no additional small appliances. Plenty of dishes, etc.
I called and was told water in basement had been fixed. It didn't rain while there so we didn't have any issues. It is far from amenities of the Arrowhead Association, but it was quiet and not much traffic.
The upstairs bedrooms may get a bit more noise from the main floor than other bedrooms. The kitchen is small for 10 people, but we made it work just fine.
No room in the backyard for kids to play. The front yard could use some TLC; grass didn't appear moved and was dry. No problem. We played anyway and also enjoyed the beach, pool, and nearby attractions.

We had a great stay at this new house! It was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was convenient, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was very responsive and helpful—when we noticed a minor leak, it was taken care of the very next day. Our kids especially loved having access to the pool. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!
