The Space:
Boasting large open plan lounge, kitchen dining area with adjoining balcony, generous sized bedroom with mirrored built in robes with balcony access also.
With state of the art fixtures & fittings, you will love the feel this 5th floor apartment has to offer.
Features of this magnificent apartment are marble bench tops, stainless appliances, gas cook top, floorboards in the living area, comfy lounge, dining setting for 2, flat screen smart TV.
Apartment also comes with access to - Stunning heated 20m infinity edge swimming pool surrounded by immaculate sun deck with built in shaded areas.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
