On the way there, you’ll come across the cliff-top hiking trail about 400 m away. A restaurant and a beer garden serving fresh fish, smoked fish, and other hot dishes and cold drinks await you near the beach. It’s about 800 m to Wilhelmstraße, the center of Sellin. Halfway there, you’ll find a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a bank. The tourist information office, which is conveniently located just about 200 meters away, can advise you on excursion options. Right across the street is the station for the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway. Wilhelmstraße invites you to admire the unique villas in seaside resort architecture, take a stroll through the shops, or savor culinary delights in one of the numerous restaurants or cafés. At the end of Wilhelmstraße, below the cliffs, lies the pier. There, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking view across the beach to the Baltic Sea. Sellin offers numerous opportunities for hiking or biking. Along the coast, on the high cliffs, or through the woods, you can reach the neighboring seaside resorts of Baabe, Göhren, or Binz.

The cozy and comfortable non-smoking “Ostseelauschen” vacation apartment, measuring approximately 82 square meters, offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. It is located on the upper floor of the house and was completed in 2024. You’ll feel right at home in the spacious, light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on a couch or in a wingback chair. A desk in an office area with a view out the window allows you to work in a relaxed atmosphere using your own laptop. You can watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch Full HD smart TV. The entertainment setup is rounded out by a DAB radio, which lets you enjoy your favorite shows via your smartphone. You won’t have to do without free Wi-Fi during your vacation, nor will you have to do without a gas fireplace, which ensures your comfort on cooler days. From the living and dining area (approx. 50 square meters), you can step out onto your furnished balcony, which faces south/west. The adjacent modern kitchenette features a refrigerator and freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, a hand mixer, and other everyday kitchen gadgets, making it quick and easy to prepare your favorite meals. In addition to the bar table, there’s a cozy dining table that fits perfectly into the space. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living area. Each is equipped with a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, and a wardrobe. In one of the bedrooms, a smart TV rounds out the amenities. Triple-pane windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
