Sunnyside Oasis w/Heated Pool ~ 7 min. From Beach

Communication with Gino was excellent both prior to and during our stay. A very minor issue (fridge light bulb) was dealt with immediately. The property was extremely clean and is very well equipped. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

This home is beautiful, very well taken care and extremely comfortable. We felt very much like home. The hosts were amazing to communicate with, very attentive.

Gino could not have been more welcoming and available throughout our 2 week stay. We were there during an unseasonable cold spell, and he did everything possible to make our stay comfortable--from upping the temperature of the lovely, heated pool to coming over to explain how we could adjust the thermostat to our comfort level. As a host he excels in every way imaginable--knows when to step in to help and when to step back to make space for us to feel like the home is our own.The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and has been totally renovated to the point that it looks and feels like new construction. The pool is definitely the star of the show, as is a very comfortable dedicated room to watch movies/streaming shows on a large screen TV. There are also interesting places to visit for food and fun in the neighborhood, and Gino's recommendations were very helpful. We will surely keep this rental at the top of our list if we return to Florida for our next vacation.
