Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views for rent in Grosseto-Prugna / Porticcio, 5 minutes' walk from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a lovely 20 m² terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, waffle maker, blender, etc....
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, washing machine, ironing board and iron, board games.
Outside:
- A beautiful 20m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located, within easy reach of shops and the main beach. You can walk to all the essential shops, supermarket but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Water sports: Jet skiing, Scuba diving, Windsurfing, Boat trips
- Hiking: Sentier du Littoral, Circuit dans l'Arrière-Pays, Randonnée Côtière de Palombaggia
- Visit Ajaccio and the hinterland
- Tasting of Corsican cuisine
- Famous beaches: Porticcio Beach, Palombaggia Beach, Santa Giulia Beach

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (1 numbered space).
