About this apartment rental
Ground floor apartment. For 4 people. Direct home owner. Beaches a few minutes walk. Summary:
A - Bedroom: upstairs, with a 180 cm King size bed composed of two box springs and two 90 cm independent mattresses. Air conditioner. Cupboard. Two windows with electric shutters.
B - Living room / living room: air-conditioned 160 cm sofa bed, 82 cm LED television. Two windows and a large picture window, all fitted with electric shutters.
C - Kitchen: Modern and functional with large two-door fridge-freezer, oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, dishwasher.
D - Bathrooms: one adjoining the upstairs bedroom and another on the ground floor, all with shower, sink, mirror and light fixture.
E - Miscellaneous: Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Electric blind on the terrace. Free Wi-Fi connection.
Equipment available for babies / young children on request and free of charge: umbrella beds, stroller, car seat and high chair for meals.
The apartment is up to electrical standards.
Collective parking lots. Possibility to rent in addition the large garage of 20 m2 under the rental (electric opening door). Price: € 50 per week subject to availability.
Small dogs accepted (one per stay).
July and August: minimum stay two weeks with rotations on Saturdays only (except in special cases such as a week remaining isolated).

Yann's flat in Porticcio is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place is exactly as it is described and the view is incredible. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a quiet elevated location with a superb view of the bay with Ajaccio in the distance. It is clean, well equipped and comfortable. There are three superb beaches within walking distance to choose from, and for groceries there is a Spar at 1.5 km and a Carrefour at 2km.
It was easy to communicate with Yann both prior and during our visit, to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We had a very relaxing week and would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

La semaine passée aura été parfaite du début à la fin !
L appartement est idéalement placé ( commerces, plages paradisiaques et balades touristiques sont à proximité) très bien équipé, très agréable et bénéficie d une terrasse à la vue exceptionnelle. Le tout dans un quartier hyper calme !
Le meilleur restera notre rencontre avec les propriétaires d une sympathie et d’une disponibilité absolue :)
Idéal pour 1, 2, 3, 4 personnes en famille ou entre amis pour des vacances relaxes et/ou sportives ! (Bcp d activités de montagne non loin).
