The Space:
Our cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV for entertainment, and two comfortable queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep.
We're also conveniently located just an eight-minute drive from Condado Beach, ten minutes from Old San Juan, and fifteen minutes from the airport.
Guest Access:
When you arrive you will see a three story level black property.
You can park anywhere on the left side of the street any spot that is not labeled yellow or blue.
Street parking is limited, particularly in the vicinity of La Placita. Please be aware of and adhere to all parking restrictions to avoid any fines.
For more readily available parking options, consider the following nearby lots and garages:
* La Placita Parking: Several parking lots are located near La Placita de Santurce, which is within a short walking distance of Calle Duffaut. Please anticipate a parking fee, but these lots often offer the most convenience.
* Parque Central Parking Garage: Situated a short drive from Calle Duffaut, this garage generally has more available spaces and can serve as a suitable alternative if street parking near La Placita is unavailable.
Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.

Greetings. I would like to start by saying that the apartment is super well located, a few blocks from the Placita and at the same time very cozy and without listening to the noise of the bars. Now something I must mention is that I found it exaggerated an extra charge that they made me after leaving because according to them there were stains (on white towels and a sheet) that were "impossible to remove despite their maximum efforts" and they charged me new those 4 towels and that sheet and in reality I agree that a towel was stained and that perhaps not even with bleach the stain would have come out (the others not) and the stain on the bed none of the guests know how it happened since we did not eat in the room and it is more Neither sand nor any other and in the case of the 2 women we walked with they were not sick of menstruation and well maybe the stain was already there and we didn't notice and we ended up paying and charging almost 70 additional. Apart from that in reality the hosting and communication with the host was excellent and they were very attentive at all times.
