About this cottage rental
A beautiful ground-floor apartment situated in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Penmaenmawr on the North Wales Coast. Halfway between the historic castle town of Conwy and the stunning Aber Falls. Dolphin House apartment is super convenient with the shops, pubs, restaurants, and cafes of the village, just a short walk from the apartment, and the beach and promenade are less than 300 meters from the front door. Easy access to the A55 coast road and walking distance to the train station. This quiet village is a great base to explore the North Wales coast and northern Snowdonia. It is convenient with none of the crowds of nearby Llandudno and Conwy, yet it is just a short journey by car or train from these attractions. The apartment has two shower rooms, a delightful kitchen diner with a double oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, dining table for up to eight people and doors that lead out to the patio with outdoor seating for those summer evenings. The cosy lounge with 43” TV and electric fire is the heart of the apartment and offers a lovely space to relax. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a second television. The second bedroom is a family room sleeping up to three people, with one double and one single bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is more suited to children. The TV signal is via the internet only, with an average speed of 66Mbps. Off-road parking for up to three cars is provided and there are bike storage racks in the garage. Pets are welcome, and though there is no garden, the beach is less than 300 meters from the door.
