Welcome to our cozy vacation home in Baumen, an idyllic neighborhood of the town of Waldbröl, also known as “Boomen” in the Waldbröl dialect. Our vacation home sleeps 2 to 4 people and is nestled in a picturesque landscape of meadows and forests—perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
Thanks to our home’s ideal location, you’ll find plenty of recreational opportunities right on your doorstep. The Waldmythenweg and the Bergische Panoramasteig invite you to go on long hikes, while the center of Waldbröl is only 2.1 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The Panarbora Nature Experience Park is just 2 km away and offers a unique nature experience for young and old alike. The EiaB Buddhist Center (3 km) and the Waldbröl bus station (2.6 km) are also within easy reach.
Our semi-detached house features its own fenced-in garden, which offers plenty of space to relax. There are two parking spaces available on the property. We’ve also put together a selection of flyers and brochures for our guests featuring exciting excursion options, including donkey rides, cow cuddling, the Eckenhagen Monkey and Bird Park, and the Balneo swimming pool in Waldbröl. In addition, cycling and hiking maps are available to help you actively explore the region.
For cozy moments in the vacation home, we’ve provided a small selection of board games, books, and magazines for you. Whether you want to actively experience nature, explore the surroundings, or simply relax—our vacation home in Baumen offers you the perfect starting point for a restful stay.

Vacation home with a terrace:
Welcome to our lovingly renovated vacation home! Spanning 68 square meters, you’ll find modern, comfortable accommodations. The bright living room with an open kitchen and dining area opens onto a terrace with teak furniture, where you can enjoy the sun. A second, sheltered terrace is perfect for your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, and an air fryer. Spices, vinegar, oil, tea, and coffee are provided.
The modern bathroom with a window features a walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a mirror cabinet with plenty of storage space. The separate bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), and the living room has a fold-out bed with two single beds.

On-site fees: A 20% deposit is due immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out should be by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Dogs (max. 2) are allowed by arrangement. However, there is a fee of €10 per pet per night. A security deposit of €100 may be charged. The price includes 2 parking spaces, Wi-Fi, and bed linens and towels.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
