BEST LOCATION: very residential, quiet neighborhood; but also just a few minutes from all universities, hospitals, downtown offices, and ROC airport.
IDEAL for both short term visitors and corporate travelers, traveling nurses, researchers alike.
Protected by Ring cameras and a security system, and enabled by smart home technology and the fastest wifi on the block.
Three spacious Air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with high end art-deco furnitures, the most comfortable mattress, and different bed sizes to choose from.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea, Keurig machine, air fryer, smart appliances, and all the condiments for your cooking needs.
Driveway fits up to 4 cars, and plenty of street parking available
We have installed Air Conditioners (ACs) in every bedrooms to make sure you have a comfortable stay and good nights sleep. These are removed during cold winter months.
There is also an AC window unit in the dining room to cool the main floor, other than that the common areas do not have central air or air conditioning.
- We do not allow parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. No unauthorized guests- additional charge of $75 applies to each person not on the reservation.
- Please no smoking or vaping inside the house or porch. Our cleaning team charges at least $350 for smoke remediation, and I unfortunately will have to charge my guests that fee if found signs of smoking inside (such as lingering smell, ashes, burns, etc)
