This immaculately presented holiday accommodation is fresh and stylish, with a fantastic outdoor setting. The open plan kitchen/dining area is light and spacious, enjoying stunning views to Mount Roy and Mount Alpha. A separate spacious lounge features comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. Large range sliders connect the living spaces to a sun drenched private patio and garden.
The master bedroom features a king bed, large sliding windows which invite the outside in and a luxurious ensuite with a deep bath. The second features another king bed and the third bedroom has a single and a queen to suit the needs of your family or three couples. The two bedrooms share the main bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, ensuite with bath and shower.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 Single
It’s a great location, less than 2km walk from Wanaka town centre and the lake front. It’s a couple of minutes walk from Cardrona/Treble Cone HQ, Rubys Cinema and the Stoaker Room. The Oakridge Resort with onsite restaurant and beauty salon is also within walking distance.
It’s also close to Cardrona Valley Road so enjoy the head start up to the mountain.
Take the outdoor furniture cushions inside (they are usually stored in the garage) when it rains and at the end of your stay.
Please adhere to the quiet times of 10pm - 7am. It’s a family area with young children.
