Great view and location and spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed playing pool.
It was all good but just a comment, there must be a New Zealand teaspoon shortage as every rental only seems to have a minimal amount.

The location is to die for. As some others mentioned the pictures don't do justice. The house is well stocked and is very comfortable. Clean and tidy and the hosts have thought about everything. The appliances are great. So glad to be in a place where almost everything works. The pantry is well stocked. The upstairs bathroom is amazing. We didn't use the underfloor heating but it's there and might be great for winter time.
Honestly nothing that we didn't like.

Location was nice and we liked the privacy.
The game room was non-functional. The billards/snooker table was damaged and not a single of the Cue's had a tip on it. So essentially useless.
The carpet on the ground floor was old and unpleasant.
Overall the top floor was good but the lower level was bad.
