Enjoy a prime location just a short walk from restaurants, shops, the market, and the beach—everything you need is right at your fingertips. Relax and take in stunning ocean views from the sunroom and patio, or unwind in the cool, spacious living area, perfect for a serene holiday escape.
Though situated in an older apartment block, this flat has been beautifully updated with modern screed flooring and a soothing palette of sea blues and greens. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery, while braai facilities ensure a delightful cooking experience. With two spacious bedrooms—a main room with a king-size bed and a second room with two single beds, sharing a full bathroom—comfort is guaranteed.
The apartment also features a versatile indoor dining table that doubles as a workspace, overlooking an expansive lounge with a cozy L-shaped couch ideal for reading, resting, or watching TV. The lounge seamlessly opens into a sunroom with a large dining table and a comfortable seating nook, perfect for gatherings.
Exclusively for guest use, the apartment also offers a small garden for private enjoyment, along with access to a shared backyard featuring a BBQ area. Although I do not reside on-site, my team and I are just a short 10-minute drive away and are always available to assist. Please note that South Africa occasionally manages electricity restrictions, and a load shedding schedule will be provided if necessary.
