Your cozy getaway awaits in Marco Island at this beautiful beach condo. Great for large families or groups of friends on vacation, with 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. This pleasant retreat offers all the comforts of a home. Breath taking view to the Gulf of America with private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage room. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more. Had issue with coffee pot and owners replaced it immediately. Great storage area for beach chairs, etc that is provided. Best thing is no steps to take to beach so made an easy trek! Great view of ocean and sunset!

Over all our stay for the week was very nice! A few minor issues in the beginning with the tvs. The only thing that is needed is new pillows on the beds. The screen was also torn on the sliding screen door. The condo was nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were nice. The condo was very quiet. We would enjoy staying there again.

Kitchen was fully equipped, beautiful view of the Gulf, several areas of the unit were a bit worn down and in need of replacement/repair (sliding screen door was ripped, vertical blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, slip covers on the couches were stained). The Host was very responsive and helpful. Laundry area included new very large capacity washer and dryer.
