House Rules & Policies
General Rules:
• No Pets of any kind
• Extra guest fee: After 2 guests, an additional $20 per person per night applies.
• No events, parties, or gatherings exceeding booked guests
• Minimum booking age: 21 years old
• No USPS mail delivery accepted
• Violations result in a $250 fine per incident
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Please respect our neighbors).
Guest Agreement & Security
• Primary guest must sign a Guest Confirmation Agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID before check-in.
• Exterior security cameras are installed for safety.
Check-in & Check-out:
• Self-check-in: Guests will receive checkin instructions on the day of their arrival.
• Check-in: After 5 PM
• Check-out: By 10 AM
• Early check-in & late check-out requests: Please message us to confirm availability, as we may need extra time for our housekeeping team to prepare the home.
Parking:
• Private parking available on-site
Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
• Kitchen Use: Guests must clean up after themselves; excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Refunds & Cancellations:
