About this house rental
Welcome to our newly remodeled home at the feet of Mt. Rainier. Your big group will enjoy this 4 bedroom and 2 and half bathroom space. We are located only 15 min away from the Paradise entrance to gorgeous Mt. Rainier and only 5 min away from the beautiful Alder Lake where you can enjoy swimming, fishing and boating.
Our home is located in a town of Elbe, which has only 46 people of population. This property stands on 17 acre and set back from the road. You will be surrounded by trees, beautiful mountains, peace and tranquility.
Are you looking to celebrate your special day? Is it a birthday, a mini wedding, or a baby shower? Our grounds are big enough for a big group of people. You can bring as many as 25 guests over, but only 14-16 can stay the night, IF sharing beds is not an issue. Please message me before booking to talk about your event.
Our property has unlimited parking space so bring as many cars as you need to. You can bring a boat to enjoy the Alder Lake, (5 min away), or bring your ATV to enjoy Elbe Hills and Tahoma State Forest, Washington (5 min away), or bring as many vehicles as you like.
Me and father found this 2006 1770-sqft House just less then 2 years ago. We completely remodeled inside of it and fixed the grounds. We added an additional bedroom, wooden floors throughout, modern and unique doors, stylish white kitchen and new appliances.
Downstairs, we have a fully stocked kitchen (pots and pans, everything for baking, plates, silverware, basic cooking ingredients like salt, paper, etc). Downstairs we have half a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a laundry room, and multiple areas to hang out.
Upstairs, we have a
*Master bedroom with a kind size bed, an office desk for your work and its own private full bathroom.
*Second bedroom with a queen size bed.
*Тhird bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a trundle bed.
The second full bathroom is upstairs as well.
We can comfortably fit 10 people is sharing beds, additional 4 can fit downstairs one the 2 couches. We have a folded couch downstairs that could sleep 2 small people, as well as an another leather couch for 2. So the total of 14 is welcome.
Our bedrooms have a charging stations nightstands for your smart phones. Throughout the house we have a few Surge Protector Outlet Extenders with a 5-Outlet and 2 USP portals, so you can charge multiple devices from one outlet.
Outside, you will find a huge area for your kids to run around and have fun. We have smokeless fire pit, a big umbrella, dining area for 8 people, and a propane BBQ with utensils provided. An addition charcoal BBq there as well.
Starlink Internet is installed and working great for such a rural area like ours!
Do you enjoy Fishing? Alder Lake (5 min away) is stocked with rainbow and cutthroat trout, kokanee, largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie, and bullhead catfish.
In Mineral Lake (10 min away) the state plants more than 100,000 rainbow trout fry each year. Several hundred larger broodstock are also stocked annually, plus several thousand brown trout.
Horse riding?
Your whole family or a large group of friends can enjoy our beautiful mountain trails, Nisqually River or maybe just a Romantic Sunset ride at Ride at EZ Times Outfitters Horseback Riding (5 min away).
You probably here to see the Mt. Rainier, but how about waterfalls?? Three waterfalls, multiple viewing areas, and two different trailheads provide great choices for an excursion to Little Mashel Falls. (15 min away). The tallest waterfall plunges over 90 feet.
Do you have little kids and elder parents who cant hike the mountain? How about A FREE Recycled Spirits of Iron Sculpture Park (2 min away)? Everyone will enjoy this place. It's fun, funny, artistic, creative, provoking and rated 5 stars by a hundreds of visitors!
Oh oh... and my favorite!!! The BEAUTIFUL and Gorgeous scenic road along the Nisqually River on NF-52? (10min away) (Highly Recommend) You can spend a full day driving on it making 10-20 stops along the way to enjoy the river.
You can enjoy all that and so many other things from our 4 bedrooms and two and half bathrooms home.
If you quite enough you may see deers passing through. They live on this property and you can find their tiny trails while hiking around on our property as it is open to explore.
A gas station and multiple places to eat are only 5 min away from us.
Elbe Bar and Grill (adults only) is open late every day. They have wonderful food and a free pool table.
Did I mention that we are only 5 min away from Mt. Rainier Railroad Restaurant that offer both breakfast and dinner? It is a historic train turned American restaurant set with bistro tables, a bar car & seasonal beer garden.

My family of 10 had a great time here. Beautiful home, great outdoor area to chill. Great spot to visit Mount Rainer, really close to the paradise entrance.

Beautiful house and very well kept. Really enjoyed the amenities.. Entire city lost power for over 10 hrs but the host was quick to bring portable lights and stove to make sure we can make dinner and comfortable. Only downside was that the landscape was bit overgrown and there was no firewood or propane for grilling.

The property is very close to the entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park (Paradise side); perfect for those who don’t want to stay in the park but still close by!The host was extremely friendly! She was very quick to reply and help whenever we needed anything. She was very accommodating and did everything she could to ensure we had a comfortable stay!We didn’t have enough towels but she came right away to bring us more, as well as provided us with several battery-operated lights when the power unexpectedly went out (the town lost power).The listing was a bit confusing though as it said “2 twin bunk beds” under “Bedroom 2” but then a “triple bunk bed” in the description (at the time of our booking). When we arrived to the property, there was only one bunk bed and a trundle bed (so a total of four mattresses) but we were expecting at least two bunk beds as listed.There was no picture of said bedroom in the photo album, so we couldn’t verify ahead of time what the room looked like.We had enough beds for our family though, so the description discrepancy wasn’t necessarily an issue, but just something to be aware of if you want to stay here and are expecting multiple bunk beds.Also none of the closets in the entire house had any rods to hang clothes on. And a random man was doing laundry when we arrived (the hosts use the laundry room when guests are not there, but we were not made aware of this beforehand).Overall a great stay though!
