Enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the beautiful Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This corner unit offers an abundance of natural light, a fully screened in porch, a beautiful view of the marsh, and an elevator for your convenience. There is plenty of room to make memories- the two bedrooms include a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an additional bedroom comes equipped with a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. This layout is perfect for families and / or children.
The Heron Pointe complex boasts an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. There are also locations to grill and chill throughout this property. The beautiful white, sandy beach is only a short walk walk away! As an added bonus, Marshview Escape is walkable to several restaurants, an ice cream shop, and the infamous Ocean Annie's beach bar. ...Just a few miles away, you can enjoy Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and a plethora of challenging golf (and Mini Golf) courses!

*Renters must be 25 years or older (and must be present for the entire duration)
*Smoking and / or Vaping in the condo or on porches is not permitted
*No lit candles are permitted
*Golf Carts, RV's / Campers, Motorcycles, and / or Trailers are not permitted in the parking lot
*Fireworks are not permitted on complex grounds
*Unit sleeps 6 people (no more than 6 are permitted)
* Pets are not permitted (I know, I know - SORRY!!)
*Be respectful of other guests within the complex please. - ...Chill, You're at the beach!
