About this villa rental
Just off the beach in the desirable Shore Drive area. The owners have updated this condo to make you feel right at home with cozy furnishings and fixtures to make this a truly desirable and comfortable getaway for you and your family. This 3rd floor corner unit has great views overlooking the beautiful landscaped courtyard area featuring the outdoor pool. Sorry no elevator. The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience . HDTV Flat screen TV's. Also free Wi-Fi in the unit for your pleasure. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and seating for 6 at the dining room table.
Summer rentals are Sun-Sun or if 6 night rental a Sunday check in or check out day.
Beach cart on the front porch to carry all your stuff to the beach makes going to the beach much easier. Also 3+ Beach chairs.
There are also charcoal grills available in the courtyard for your grilling pleasures. Enjoy the evenings on one of the two screened in porches or the open porch with a porch swing.. Ready for a dip in the heated indoor pool or hot tub? Your just a few steps away.... Dry sauna also available to help you unwind after a tough day at the beach.
Sunday check in check out in summer to have a Saturday as last full day.
Sheets not provided unless arrangements made in advance. Bath towels provided but must be washed and dried before leaving.
Absolutely no smoking in unit or on balconies or loss of security deposit.
Sorry, but no motorcycles, golf carts or trailers allowed in complex.

Room was nice for the price. A little outdated but clean enough. Couldn't enjoy the porches bird poop. Outside pool and location was great.

Property was amazing. Kids loved the pool. Beach cart provided made the trip to the beach each day easy. Kids also loved boogey boards provided, and we were able to use a couple of the beach chairs too! Host was very responsive when I was struggling to get in on first day, otherwise we had no problems just beach, sun, and fun with the family. The complex in which this is located was quiet the whole time. 2 minutes from grocery store and 10 minutes from great shopping. Couldn't have asked for more especially at this price! Thanks!

The property is very roomy due to the fact that it is a two bedroom two bath room. It is located on the third floor with no elevator. This fact needs to be noted in the description of the property. Also the owner requires renters to provide sheets. This also needs to be noted. If renters are flying providing sheets means another purchase, and what do you do with sheets when you leave? Also the owner requires renters to wash and dry the towels, but does not provide laundry detergent. The owner provided washer and dryer combination is broken and needs to be replaced or repaired which makes washing the towels difficult. The entire property is in need of updating. Even though the owner requires renters to pay for cleaning, the property was not clean. This property needs a deep cleaning on all surfaces. The owner should be embarrassed with this property. I would never recommend this property nor would I ever stay there again.
