1550 Sq ft Carriage House Fletcher Place Home completely renovated this year with all brand new modern decor amenities. Sleeps 7 Comfortably with 2 br, 2 Queen Beds w/ Flat screens in each room in the house. All beds have a new moemory foam mattresses.

Very convenient location… walkable to Lucas, to downtown Indy and many locations. Very comfortable stay. On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location. The host was fantastic, communication was great, very timely. Parking was very easy in the area. Highly recommended!

Whole experience was great. It was easy to find a parking spot and close to the convention center so getting Ubers was very affordable

Love this neighborhood and the interaction with the property manager was seamless. Will stay again.

The location was perfect , neighborhood was amazing. Just missing a lot of needed kitchen utensils. No oven pans , forks too small, no coffee , could use a woman’s touch to get it set up .
