    Clean room, friendly staff, not so far from city. Around 10km from dinh mountain trail. Good stay for hiking this place.

    The hotel upgraded my room to a bigger and nicer one because the room I reserved wasn't available, which was the only good thing about this hotel. The toilets and shower in this room were super dirty, like the janitor didn't know how to clean them or they never did. The bathroom counter, faucet, and mirror were also dirty. Both bathrooms smelled humid and stale because of poor ventilation. The kitchen drawers were dirty, like they'd never been cleaned. We stayed two nights, and the first day, there was no hot water. We told the front desk the next morning, and they sent someone to check it out. When we came back that evening, still no hot water. I messaged the staff, but got no answer.
