Basqal Resort & SPA

We recently stayed at Basqal Resorts with our three children in their two-bedroom suite, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We were traveling with two special needs children and needed stroller access, and the property was very well thought out for that. Right from the beginning, the stay felt special. Mehhebet welcomed us when we arrived and already knew about our family and the requests we had made during booking. He explained everything clearly, gave us a quick room tour, and even left a basket of fresh fruit and desserts waiting, such a nice touch. He gave me his personal number, told me to call anytime we needed help, and even helped us with translation when required. He checked in on us daily and even arranged a discount coupon for facilities at the property. Honestly, he went above and beyond and made us feel really cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and stroller-friendly. You can walk down the slope, then re-enter the property and take the lift up instead of pushing the stroller uphill. Room service was excellent. It was quick, reasonably priced, and everything we ordered tasted great. The buffet changed daily and had good variety. The only thing is, if you stay more than 4 days, then the food choices can feel a little limited, though everything was always fresh and well made. We loved the temperature-controlled pool, perfect for the kids. Having a doctor on duty gave us peace of mind too. Staff across the property were always kind and smiling, which really added to the experience. There were also plenty of activities — bowling, arcade games, scooter rentals, and relaxing daily walks around the grounds. We really liked their local Azerbaijani restaurant called Rast, the portion size was better than other restaurants. Just outside the resort there were small market shops & pop restaurants. The only negative part was the valet service which damaged our rental car’s left door, and we only noticed after returning home, which meant a hefty fine with the rental company. That was disappointing, especially after such a wonderful stay. Overall though, our experience was truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again in the winter when everything is covered in snow.

Perfect place in beautiful nature

Great place to stay , great view and service. Only thing is the HVAC wasn't cooling well

The place is nice and quit. Wonderful for families. But there nothin near from hotel . I would like to thank Aytruin for helping she is great .
