Exclusive property overlooking the sea in Avola, near Syracuse. Villa Marea enjoys a splendid seafront location with private access to the cliff and the sea (with a steel ladder from the terrace) and is just over 100 metres from a beautiful sandy beach within easy walking distance. The recently built villa has a solarium and a large terrace equipped with garden furniture that offers an enchanting view of the Avola coastline. The welcoming and well-divided interiors include a bright living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a small bedroom with two beds, and a third bathroom, also with shower.
The villa also has the best comforts such as A/C and heating (in all rooms), Wi-Fi internet, colour TV (2), washing machine, dishwasher, bbq and outdoor shower. Villa Marea is also an excellent base for exploring the wonderful area of eastern Sicily. From the Cavagrande del Cassibile Reserve to the Vendicari Oasis, from the characteristic villages of Calabernardo and Marzamemi to the picturesque baroque towns of the Val di Noto, and on to Syracuse, Catania and Taormina.
