Situated in the southeast of Sicily, close to Syracuse, the house offers a seafront location with private access to the cliff and the sea and is just 100 metres from a sandy. Within easy reach of Avola, you can find shops, banks, and restaurants.
The Cavagrande del Cassibile Reserve, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and the villages of Calabernardo and Marzamemi are within easy reach by car. The baroque towns of theVal di Noto, Syracuse, Catania and Taormina offer ideal destinations for day trips.
Villa Festa (100 sqm) develops over one level (ground floor).
Inside the villa, a bright, open plan living space awaits featuring a comfortable sitting area with sofas, a dining table (seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen
for meal preparation. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) and en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a separate bathroom (with shower).
Outside, a large terrace with sea views awaits with areas for relaxation and enjoyment, with a newly added private jacuzzi (1.80 x 1.80m, depth min 0.50 - max 0.70; open from 01/01 to 31/12; heated up to 30°C). A cosy lounge area with comfortable outdoor seating beckons, a shady dining area (with table for six), provides an ideal setting for alfresco dining and a sunbathing area with sun loungers provides a quiet spot for basking in the Mediterranean sun. Stairs from the terrace lead to a roof terrace offering panoramic views of the sea. Additionally, a dedicated parking spot is available in front of the villa.
