Studio with a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower

Desde que llegué a Paris mis experiencias fueron excelentes, el anfitrión tuvo la amabilidad de dejarme hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista, además de siempre atenderme con amabilidad. No hay ascensor para subir al sexto piso, pero eso se vuelve nada en cuanto entras al Studio, fue simplemente perfecto, la vista a la torre todos los días, el espacio es cómodo para 1 persona, todo limpio y moderno. El baño está por fuera del Studio pero también es cómodo de usar. Hay diferentes locales alrededor. Sin duda, volvería a este studio.

La única recomendación podría ser colocar un pomo a la puerta de entrada del Studio, ya que abrir y cerrar la puerta solo con la llave y sin ningún agarre es un poco complicado.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a little over a week, so I can say that the photos are completely accurate. The apartment was clean, and there was a nice little “starter pack” with essentials (soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, tea etc.), plus clean fresh bed linen and towels — actually all you need to stay there. The heating is electric, and we had not met any problems figuring out how to use it. The toilet is technically outside the apartment on the same floor (about 2 meters from the front door), but honestly, it wasn’t a problem at all: it’s lockable, clean, and tidy. It was actually like it was used only for these apartments (there were two neighbors on the floor who seemed to live there permanently rather than short-term rentals). The view from the window is simply amazing — absolutely worth it. The room itself is small (probably the smallest I’ve ever stayed in), but mega-respect to the guy who designed it —really managed to fit in everything you need for a few days or even a week. For a longer stay (for a month or more), you might feel a bit cramped. Because of the size and the lack of air conditioning (there is a fan only), I suppose it could get a bit stuffy in summer. Internet worked perfectly. The hosts replied quite quickly to any questions — no issues at all. There’s a separate staircase leading to the apartment (no elevator). It was like there are apartments on this floor only (on the other floors the staircase doors are sealed and totally painted over). We didn’t ask about parking since we didn’t need it, but there were parking spots nearby (didn’t check the prices). There are two metro lines very close, 200meters to the RER line, and various bus routes. There’s a Franprix store very close by with all the basics, and it’s just two metro stops to the huge shopping mall with Auchan. On Saturday mornings there is a farmer's market in 100meters. Adding a capsule coffee maker (they’re compact) would make the apartment even cozier.

As for the cons — the stairs. It’s the 7th floor (if counting from 1) or 6th (if counting from the ground), and the staircase is narrow. I’ve initially expected there to be an elevator, with stairs only for the last floor. It can be tiring for the older guests or people who aren’t in the best physical shape (like me). Still, even for me, going down in the morning and coming back up late in the evenings was manageable — so it’s really only a drawback for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Also a bit of cosmetic renovation and sofa upholstery professional cleaning (it’s quite light-colored and without a cover) would be an advantage.

El alojamiento es engañoso, más que un estudio, es un cuarto que ni siquiera cuenta con WC dentro, se te is que atravesar un pasillo por fuera para llegar y parece que era compartido, al armar el sofá cama no te queda nada de espacio ni siquiera para abrir tu maleta (llevaba una carry on) es incómodo y se sienten los resortes, tiene un olor extraño y todo queda con sensación de humedad al ducharte por el tamaño. No se diga de la travesía que es llegar al cuarto, en la publicación no advierten que está en un sexto piso con escaleras diminutas y no cuenta con ascensor, subir y bajar cada día era cansado pero hacerlo con equipaje era todo un reto.
