Close to Fukuyama station, shopping/restaurant areas and supermarkets. Internet, washing machine etc all worked fine.
Whilst multi-lingual instructions were provided for using tv, microwave, washing machine, air-conditioner etc - I think only one device was still current/matched the model in the instructions provided.

駅に近くてアクセス最高でした。 部屋は清潔でシャンプーなど洗剤類が無印で揃えてあった。部屋が広く成人家族4人でしたがのびのびと過ごせました。
4階でしたがエレベーターが無く荷物を持っての階段はきつかった。 天井の一部にカビが生えていたので湿度が心配でした。 お風呂のシャワーの温度調節が難しかった。 雨が降っていたのですが部屋に入るところの屋根が無くスマートキーを操作してる時に濡れてしまった。

部屋の問題ではなく、マンションの入り口が暗くて怖い感じがしました。

駅から近くて便利でした。部屋も清潔感があり快適でした。
もう少し掃除用具が充実していれば尚良かったです。
