Room was spacious & comfy, beautiful sunset view of Taiping, family friendly..kids had fun indoor (games provided) and outdoor swimming pool.
Upon checkin, guidance to get to the parking lot was quite confusing..perhaps can attach video instead of pictures.

Cleanliness.
1. Wifi: Too slow.
2. Security guard house: We need to report everytime enter to the property, maybe in future, can provide an access card or some indicator instead of showing QR.

Good location, spacious, good cooking facilities
1. Netflix was not available despite it being the main advertisement. No physical help was provided despite multiple follow ups.
2. Toilet was not maintained properly. There were black stains on the wall and floor.
