The deco is pretty and with the addition of soft toys, my kids are really contented to play with those instead of touching the deco. The host was professional, quick and gave detail instructions on checking-in with videos too. The host didn’t even asked for any deposit prior to sharing the checkin details unlike a rude host I got in the Onsen Premium Hotspring Suite Tambun.
Can perhaps add handwash and shampoo in the toilets.

the decoration was nice and aesthetic. quite clean overall, the view was great too especially at night. easy pickup of keys from the mailbox, instruction was clear.
the netflix was a very slow and lagging. internet was so so. main bedroom toilet has a minor flushing issue. wished the owner provided proper soap at the bathrooms, bcs ours were basically mixed with water 3:1 ratio so it was not really a good impression for us. the building is a bit outdated and rundown so its a bit eerie at night.
