Perfect for family and friends. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven. and an old-school biscuit shop within walking distance. Aircond was cold. Netflix and Youtube available on the smart TV. Those staying here may think about bringing an extension wire, as the plug points are higher up. Great place.
Only drawback is one toilet, which might be a problem if there are six people. No issues with the two bathrooms, good and clean.

The host is super attentive. We experienced blackout due to one on fuse in DB Box malfunction in the middle of the night, and he was quick in attending to the matters and resolved it within 30 minutes.
