Nice place and reasonably quiet (builder was working two houses along.) Some noise but reasonably good - no serious complaints on this
Concern about the stove - seemed to be either full on or off, could not get it to work and less than full throttle (might be me ?)
Garage door was a bit temperamental - worked fine in the end but challenging
