The rooms are clean, quiet and beds are comfortable. It’s close to transportation. They offered free coffee in the lobby plus cookies. They offer daily cleaning and bottle water.
The dryer broke down and we were unable to dry our clothes. Then they suggested to take it out to dry for us and ended up causing all if not most of our clothes to have snags, turned blue and lost one of my socks. Other than that one incident…everything else was great.

Location is great, just a short walk from the Makkassen rail link station to the KL international airport. For a single night stay positioning for reliable arrival at the airport, it’s quite adequate.
For what I understand to be a fairly new new hotel, the common areas are already showing signs of wear and tear. Scuff marks and paint rubbed off door frames, cheap hallway carpeting that is already a bit grubby. Room is spartan but bearable for a night. They make you put up a 1000B cash deposit at check-in and there is an item-by-item listing of anything that some people may be tempted to remove from the room. Tells you what kind of clientele the hotel is prepared for.
