キッチン道具が揃っていて自炊も可能、買ってきたフルーツを切って食べられる。食器やカトラリーも大人数に対応できるほど置いてあってファミリー向け。一人だと広すぎるほど(2LDK)で石垣島に住んでる感覚で利用できる。離島ターミナルやユーグレナモールも徒歩圏内。
3階に部屋があるがエレベーターは無いため、狭い外階段で大きなキャリーを運ぶのが大変だった。

港から近い。 飲食店街から程よく近く、歩いて行けるし、うるさ過ぎない。
セキュリティは古い扉の古い鍵1個で、強く開け閉めすると簡単に壊れそう。
