Guest House Ishigaki

The house is in a very good location near restaurants and souvenir shopping. The hostess (Yasuri san) was wonderful as was Andy. The decor of the house is very beautiful and everything was very clean. Without exception the other guests were very nice and it was interesting and fun to meet them.

Everything was awesome. Andy is really friendly and knows everything here. He is also really fun and loves ocean. Sayuri is really kind, helpful and also knows everything ! Plus she speaks perfect English. My stay here was memorable and I met wonderful people.

I am a bit sensitive to noise so just make sure you have earplugs if you need it.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The house is a mixture of Japanese and modern design and is immaculately clean. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, rooms are air conditioned and facilities like hammocks on the rooftop and laundry machines were a wonderful addition. The best thing however was the owner. I actually landed too late to check into my previous hotel and was left facing a night outside. I thought to message the owner of guest house ishigaki in the early morning and received a message at 6am. The owner picked me up from a nearby family mart and let me relax in the living room until it was time for me to check into. I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was and something I am more grateful for than anything else. Thanks a lot Andy, you saved me brother.

Exceptionally clean and comfy.
