A modern and comfortable place for a couple to use when staying in the Wanaka area. Functional kitchen, great bed and bathroom, and a good living space. Well insulated with good heaters. By and large the comms with the property managers worked well and we had no issues gaining access.
The listing implied that it had laundry facilities, which it did not. There is a laundromat right across from the place so no major drama. I provided the feedback on this to the managers to ensure the listing is accurate.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable. Modern. Heating was satisfactory upstairs with both wall panel heater and split system cooling/heating.
Very cold on entry at 9 degrees. It took 12 hours to reach a temperature of 18 degrees downstairs after switching on wall panel heater and there is no split system cooling/heating downstairs. Since we advised what time we were checking in, one of the staff could have come earlier to turn on heaters.
Very poor water flow in shower. Too dark in shower.

It was sparkling clean, very well located. Used it to get ready for my wedding, very close to the Wanaka Heli Aiport

It clean , bright, spacious and efficient. There’s a supermarket, coffee shop and laundry service on site.
It was soulless. Just a built up complex of apartments for short term rents.
