Surrounded in lush, green hedges with a view of the mountains, Terrific views on Totara has the vibes of a local bach, but with a modern twist.
This house ticks all the boxes for location, outdoor living area and everything needed for an extremely comfortable stay.
A great family friendly house or space to share with friends, this place will take your holiday to the next level.
When you step in the front door, you are greeted with a generous living and kitchen area with a view of the mountains and even a glimpse of the lake.
A wood fire in the corner creates a cosy atmosphere in Winter and there is also a heat pump, keeping you warm in the winter, and cool in the summer.
There are doors leading out onto the sunny balcony where some great summer meals, made in the fully equipped kitchen, can be shared. The outdoor fire creates a special ambience of an evening.
With four bedrooms to choose from, there is plenty of room.

1 x Master bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite
1 x Queen
1 x Twin
1 x Single
A laundry with a washing machine and dryer is available for guest use.

Comfortable property and convenient. Nice outdoors entertaining area. I did find it very expensive over the Easter break. Some milk would have been appreciated with the tea/coffee facilities.

This is a great place to stay. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the middle of Wanaka. It's well-maintained.
I loved the view of the mountains & lake from the backyard patio.
If you need to find the space heaters, look in the laundry room. It's probably in the house instructions somewhere, but I missed it.
