This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen Smart TV in the Living Room & a Second Flat Screen Smart TV located in the Bedroom for access to your streaming services or cable shows.

A Tropical vibe invites you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full), Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, and a swivel recliner to enjoy the Gulf Views from the indoors on a rainy or cool afternoon.

A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your use.

The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.

The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation.

Please Note: The Homeowners Association for this complex requires purchase of a parking pass through a third-party vendor or at the front desk upon arrival. This is in addition to quoted fees and is due directly to HOA before arrival (Approximately $55 after tax if purchased in advance of arrival, $65 if purchased at the service desk beginning February 2026).
