*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Parking passes are not included with the reservation. They must be purchased online upon arrival and then picked up at the front desk of Phoenix East 2 (2 MAX).
*No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Although we did not use the pool, the location was nice and quieter end of the beach community. The issues we had were the master bed was extremely hard to get into, due to height. Also, The living room furniture, although it looks pretty, it was very uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time.
