La ubicación estaba muy bien, cerca de la playa y un paseo para llegar al centro.

The location was good - only 10 - 12 minute walk into town. A big appartment with lots of space and a HUGE balcony which, if the weather is great and one can sit outside, detracts from the depressing and dated interior and furniture of the flat. The landlord was keen to be on hand when issues arose so we could not fault their willingness to address matters.

It feels like walking into a 1980s holiday flat which had not been updated since then apart from the (unwelcome) addition of plastic flowers on the walls, hundreds of ornaments and figurines and decorative plates on the walls. Whilst the overall cleanliness was passable (and probably appeared worse due to the age of the furniture including kitchen units and shower facilities) there was LOTS of mould on the main bathroom ceilings due to inadequate ventilation. Having garden/ rattan furniture as your dining room table and chairs is a clear indication that the landlord does not wish to spend any money on bringing this flat into the 20th century, never mind the 21st century.
