The location is good, with lots of restaurants and mini market places neer by. Only 25-30 min away from Duomo or 3 stops with the metro.
1. The heating was off. We asked if we can do something about the heat and the answer was “sorry”. The AC had heating but didn’t activate from remote. Was probably removed somehow. 2. The washing machine didn’t work. There were several reviews about the washing machine not working in the past and they didn’t fix it. There’s more to improve about this accommodation, but i’m not going into the details…

Location was great. Tram stop right out the front of the apartment
Couldn’t change temperature in the accommodation. Couldn’t get washing machine working.
