Location and ease - specially since we got excellent weather
Morning sunshine made us wake up earlier than we would have preferred. The curtains were good but not strong enough

Sea views location beautiful
Remote if no car - no small bus service walking to looe great but walking back can price difficult when evenings darker earlier - no instructions for the hob/cooker couldn’t get the job to work so unable to use .
