The space inside the home. The seclusion and privacy

Cups and glasses were not clean, quality of cooking equipment poor. The heating system not sufficient. Bed linen only had bottom sheet in bedroom with 3 beds, bunk room. No top sheet. Insufficient bed linen and blankets for this time of year. For those three beds. We had to purchase dishwashing capsules as none provided. No hand towels in bathrooms or kitchens. Cheap poor quality T-Towels that did not dry properly . Key safe did not work properly . Light globes missing. Electrical fuse problems with bedroom with 3 beds. Pool cue tips missing No chalk for cues. Lights missing in pool room. Would have been nice to run the oil heaters to keep the house warm. But we were unable to make them work. Iron was hidden in a cupboard up high not easily found.

Place is big, communication was good, there are a lot of amenities (but not all can be used and enjoyed)

Property was not properly cleaned when we arrived, drawers still had empty packs of cigarettes, condoms, etc., under the bed had trashes, bathtub in one of the rooms had undrained dirty old pool of water (we were the ones who cleaned and drained it), bed sheets and blankets had hairs on it and did not smell fresh and clean, swimming pool (which I believe part of the price we paid) cannot be used during our stay because it was very dirty and unhealthy, unarranged stuff in surroundings, used cleaning cloth found on shelves. We paid the full price but not all amenities can be utilised during our stay. Seems like they were not ready for guests to rent their place yet, not ready for business but still they have it rented. Hopefully, they will address these issues before having another guests.

房間數夠多，看起來夠豪華。只是地點稍遠一點。

暖氣設備部分故障，晚上還是容易太冷，尤其是冬天季節時。 入住當日，太晚知道如何取得鑰匙，比較難以進入。
