    2nd time staying, the appartment wasn’t as clean this time round with tissues under both beds in different rooms. 😕 overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5

    I am extremely disappointed and upset with my stay at this apartment. I booked the property for two nights and took two days off work specifically to relax and enjoy the school holidays with my children. Unfortunately, the apartment was in an unacceptable condition and completely ruined our holiday. When we arrived, the apartment was very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There were insects inside the coffee machine, making it impossible to use. When I opened the coffee and tea box, I found that it was covered in mould. I have attached photos as evidence of these issues. The heating system was also not working properly, and the apartment was very cold. During the night, there were constant loud cracking noises from the apartment/building due to the wind, which kept us awake until around 3:00 am and made it extremely difficult to sleep. Most importantly, the swimming pool, which was one of the facilities we expected to enjoy during our holiday, was closed due to an issue with the water. This significantly affected our stay, particularly because we had booked the apartment to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. The overall condition of the apartment indicates that it requires significant cleaning and maintenance. After only a few hours, I had no choice but to cancel the second night because the accommodation was not suitable for us. I am therefore requesting that Agoda provide a full refund of the amount I paid for the booking, not just a refund for the cancelled second night. The accommodation was not in an acceptable condition, several advertised facilities were unavailable, and the problems substantially affected our stay. I have attached photos showing the condition of the apartment and the issues I encountered. I ask Agoda to please review this matter urgently and provide a full refund, as this experience completely ruined the holiday I had planned and taken time off work for. Thank you. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
